Lately we’ve been busy working with Belmont University and taking their orientation events to a whole new level… By doing so, our team meet with many of the different departments on campus and asked how we can help them bring a new professional look to their specific event.

The group we were most excited to meet with was Belmont Athletics, mainly because if you’re a fan of Orange Thread Media, you also share a common hatred toward the evil Lipscomb Bisons (yes, bisons is not a grammatically correct name, however thats what they call themselves.). Sorry, thats actually just what I believe… not anyone who knows us… but it was fun to work with anyway.

So we built this really high-energy event intro piece to introduce Belmont Athletics to the incoming freshman/transfers! Here’s a few screen shots.
 

 
 

 

Created almost entirely in After Effects this piece was a success with the Athletics Team. This morning we meet with the marketing team at Belmont to develop storyboards and concepts for their 2010 Basketball intro pieces. We’ll show you more as we develop that.
